Where can I register for Nigerian NIN in London?
You can register for your Nigerian NIN at Dicksons World Services, 530–532 Kingsland Road, Dalston, London E8 4AH. We are open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm and closed on Sunday. Book an appointment online or message us on WhatsApp, and bring your NPC birth attestation, Nigerian passport and NIMC pre-enrolment reference.
Our office is a NIN enrolment centre (some people search for "NIN enrollment center" or "NIMC enrolment centre") where we verify your documents and capture the photograph, fingerprints and signature that NIMC needs to issue your National Identification Number. You do not need to travel to Nigeria, and you do not need to go to the Nigeria High Commission for NIN enrolment.

Our London NIN centre
We are on Kingsland Road in Dalston, in the London Borough of Hackney. You do not need to live in London to use the centre. People also travel from other parts of the UK, and booking a fixed time means you can plan the journey.
If you message us before your appointment, we can check your documents and tell you about anything missing before you travel, rather than on the day.
NIN registration in East London
If you live in East London, Dalston is easy to reach. It is served by London Overground at Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations, and by buses along Kingsland Road. Dalston is convenient for neighbouring boroughs such as Islington, Tower Hamlets, Haringey and Waltham Forest, and is reachable from south and west London by Overground.
We have one centre, in Dalston. We do not have branches in other parts of London, so if you see our name attached to another address, please contact us to check.

Who can use the centre?
Any Nigerian living in the UK (or visiting) who needs a NIN can enrol with us: adults born in Nigeria, adults born in the UK or elsewhere to Nigerian parents, and children under 16 who attend with a parent or guardian. You do not need to live in London.
What documents do I need to bring?
Adults bring a valid or expired Nigerian passport, an NPC birth attestation with its digitised certificate number, a NIMC pre-enrolment reference and a bank card. Children need their NPC birth registration or foreign birth notification, plus one parent's Nigerian passport and NIN, and must attend in person with a parent or guardian.
The complete list, including when an affidavit is needed, is on our NIN registration requirements page.
How much does NIN registration cost in London?
At our London centre, adult NIN enrolment costs £95.00 in total and child enrolment costs £80.00. Each total is the NIMC enrolment fee plus our £40.00 centre fee. The NPC birth attestation ($80.00) is paid separately and directly to the NPC.

Booking an appointment
You can book online through our appointment calendar, by WhatsApp or by calling +44 7438 533265. Our NIN appointment page explains what happens at the appointment and how to prepare, and the NIN appointment checklist is a short list you can save to your phone.
What happens when you arrive
Knowing what to expect makes the visit quicker and less stressful, especially if you are bringing children.
- Check in. Tell us your name and booking time, and how many people are enrolling.
- Document check. We look at your passport, NPC certificate number and pre-enrolment reference, and point out anything that does not match.
- Payment. The NIMC enrolment fee and the centre fee are paid by card.
- Data confirmation. We read your details back to you. This is the moment to catch spelling or date of birth errors.
- Biometrics. Photograph, fingerprints and signature are captured.
- Enrolment slip. You receive a slip with your transaction ID before you leave.
Why use a London enrolment centre?
- No trip to Nigeria. The NIN you get in London is the same NIN you would get at home.
- A fixed appointment. You book a time instead of queuing.
- Documents checked first. Message us before your visit and we will tell you about any gaps.
- Other services in the same place. Printing, photocopying, passport photos and DHL Express shipping are available at our office.
- Somewhere to come back to. If you need help following up your NIN, you know exactly where we are.
Coming from outside London?
People travel to our centre from other parts of the UK. If you are making a long journey:
- book an appointment rather than walking in;
- send us your documents on WhatsApp beforehand so we can check them;
- check for weekend engineering works on the TfL Journey Planner;
- bring printed copies as a backup in case your phone battery runs low.
If you would prefer a centre closer to home, our guide where to register for Nigerian NIN in the UK explains how to check NIMC's official list.

NIN registration in London: frequently asked questions
Is there a NIN enrolment centre near me in London?
Our NIN enrolment centre is in Dalston, East London (E8 4AH), and is reachable from most of London by Overground or bus. If you are searching for "NIN registration near me" from London, use Google Maps to check your journey time to our address.
Do I need to go to the Nigeria High Commission to register for NIN?
No. NIN enrolment for Nigerians in the UK is done at diaspora enrolment centres such as ours. The High Commission handles passport and consular services.
Can I register my whole family at the same appointment?
Yes, families often come together. Tell us how many adults and children are enrolling when you book, so we can allow enough time. Each child must attend with a parent or guardian who has a NIN.
Are you open on Sundays?
No. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, and closed on Sunday.
Do you also help with BVN in London?
Yes. We carry out in-person BVN enrolment and BVN updates at the same centre. See BVN registration in the UK.
How do I pay at the London centre?
Bring a debit or credit card for the NIMC enrolment fee and the centre fee. The NPC attestation is paid separately online, on the NPC website, before your appointment.
Can I bring my documents on my phone?
Yes. Printed or digital copies are both accepted. We can also print documents for you at the office.
Is the London centre the same as NIMC's office?
No. We are a private NIN enrolment centre. Your NIN is issued by NIMC once your enrolment is processed.
