Before you come in

• Recipient details: full name, full delivery address and a phone number. Missing phone numbers are a common cause of delivery delays abroad.
• Contents: know what is inside and its value. Parcels containing goods usually need a customs description.
• Restricted items: some items cannot be shipped internationally. If you are unsure, ask us before you come.
• Packaging: bring documents flat and unfolded where possible. For parcels, ask us about packaging.

Need copies before you post them?

Keep a copy of important documents before they leave the country. We offer printing, photocopying and scanning at the same office, so you can copy or scan everything before sending.
